In July 2004, Dr. Prashant was appointed as the youngest examiner for Diplomate National Board of Examination (New Delhi) in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) by the National Board of Examination, India. He also served as an NBE Assessor & Inspector for the recognition of DNBE CTVS programs in India.
He is a Fellow of the International Society of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery and a distinguished member of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Prashant is an active member of several learned societies, where he collaborates with fellow experts in advancing cardiac surgery techniques.
